What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address, so we know who you are.
- Meeting content — transcripts and summaries from the sources you connect, and the commitments we extract from them.
- Connection tokens — credentials for Fathom, Notion and Linear, stored encrypted so we can file tasks on your behalf.
Why we collect it
Solely to provide the service: turning your meetings into a reviewable brief and filing the approved tasks where you asked. To do that, transcript text is sent to our AI provider to extract the commitments in it — see below. We do not sell your data, and neither we nor our AI provider use your meeting content to train models.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. A small set of providers processes it on our behalf, each receiving only what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage. Your account, meetings and extracted tasks are stored here.
- Vercel — application hosting. Processes requests in transit, and collects aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics.
- Anthropic — the model that reads a transcript and extracts the commitments in it. Meeting content is sent to Anthropic solely to produce that result; under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models.
- Paddle — our payment processor and merchant of record, for paid plans only. Paddle handles card details directly; we never receive or store them.
Separately, the tools you connect — Fathom, Notion, Linear — receive exactly what you ask them to: we read meetings from Fathom, and write approved tasks to the destination you chose. Disconnecting an integration stops that access immediately.
Briefs you choose to publish
Publishing a meeting brief creates a link that anyone holding it can open without an account — that is what makes it shareable. Only briefs you explicitly publish are reachable this way, and unpublishing one revokes the link. Treat a published link as public, and don't publish a brief whose quotes shouldn't leave the room.
How long we keep it
Meeting content is retained while your account is open. When you delete a meeting or close your account, the associated records are removed.
Your choices
- Disconnect any integration at any time.
- Delete individual meetings, or your whole account.
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to erase it.
